Active Research Efforts

Currently, Dr. Junkin is working on multiple publications related to: 

  • Drinking-related eating restriction behaviors among college students.

  • Brief alcohol intervention preferences, barriers, and motivators among individuals with low-education attainment.

  • Multi-year outcomes following the legalization of cannabis in Virginia. 

  • A preliminary investigation into an experimental paradigm of impaired control, including evaluation of contextual and cognitive risk factors.
